Four Weekend Masses

Plan Special Parish Events

As the need arises, plan and execute special events. This would include fund-raising events, setting up tables and chairs for special seasonal events, etc. Open to adults and high school youth.

Parish Golf Outing

Work with a committee to plan our annual parish golf outing. Committee gathers to plan the outing which takes place in August. Major duties are to acquire sponsors, solicit prize donations and help on the day of the outing.  You do not have to play golf to be on this committee.

Popcorn Sales

Help pop, bag and sell popcorn after Sunday masses. Sales are held occasionally to raise funds for youth activities.

Easter Egg Hunt

Volunteers are needed to scatter eggs and assist young people in their search. This is an excellent ministry opportunity for teens, young adults and families. The hunt is held on Holy Saturday morning usually at 10:00am. Time commitment is about 2 hours once per year.

Holiday Baskets

For Thanksgiving and Christmas our All Saints Food Pantry and our St. Vincent dePaul Society sponsor food baskets for those in need. Parishioners assist by bringing food, helping to pack the boxes and/or working the day of distribution.

Assist at Parish Breakfasts and Other Events

If you like to help out in the kitchen, you are always welcome to help with the parish breakfasts, luncheons, etc. that we do to build community among our parishioners.

All Saints Parish Summer Festival - Fiesta del Verano

Great food, live music, dancing and games for kids make this Parish Festival a fun time for all ages. It is a time for people in our parish to have fun together while extending an invitation to those outside our parish community to join in the festivities. A committee works to organize the event. Many volunteers are needed. The day begins with Mass at Saint James Church. The festival begins in the parking lot and parish grounds immediately after mass.
